How can we hold a date for our event?
The only way you can secure your date is to pay the $750 non-refundable deposit and sign the contract. The deposit does come off your final balance!
What are options for a "Plan B" location for a ceremony if the weather is bad?
We believe that "Plan B" should be as close to "Plan A" as possible! We will assist in ensuring your inside ceremony is perfect! We can hold a ceremony in the upper bank barn or lower bank barn and the "Plan B" must be activated 24 hours before scheduled ceremony start time!
How is alcohol handled for my event?
You can supply your own alcohol or use one of the venue drink packages! All alcoholic beverages must be served by in-house licensed bartenders with Host Liquor Liability Insurance.
How does catering work?
The only requirements we have for catering is that they must be licensed and insured. We encourage clients to use vendors from our VendorHub but do not require preferred vendors used.
If you decide to prepare and serve your own food to your guests you must do so in compliance with the Public Health Department of Ohio and Miami County. You cannot cook or prepare food at the venue premises. Chafer fuels and bunsen burners are strictly prohibited in alignment with the venues no open flame policies.
What is your open flame policy at the venue?
We do not allow the use of open (real) flames inside any buildings on the property. Clients must use battery operated candles. Licensed and insured caterers are allowed to use chafing fuel to keep food product warm but not allowed to use open flames inside the buildings to prepare or cook food products.
How many people can the barn/property hold?
Our property and barn can hold up to 275 guests. We have chairs and tables for up to 250 event guest included in our rental fee. There is a $300 fee for guests counts over 250.
How many tables and chairs are included in the rental?

Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we do require a $500 refundable security deposit that is due 30 days prior to your event and is returned to you 5- 7 days after your event as long as there are no damages and the contract agreements were met.
What times do we have for our event?
For a wedding, the rental is from 9a.m. until midnight and all alcohol and music must end by 11:00 p.m. Additional time prior to the event date and earlier that morning can be rented for $200 per hour.
Do you have speakers or microphones for outdoor ceremonies?
Absolutely! We offer a free full outdoor sound system that includes wireless microphones, cowboy mics, speakers, mic stands etc.
How long will I have use of the property?
You will be allowed on the property starting at 9:00am on your event date with access to all buildings and features. We ask that all guests and client's are departed by Midnight that evening.
Does the property have internet or wifi?
Yes, we do! Just ask for the login information from a staff member!
Do you have preferred vendors?
We believe all clients should have an open canvas to create their dream day! We do offer many in house services and try to ensure those services are utilized if a client is interested in services of that kind! All in house services are fulfilled by our employees. We also have many wonderful partnerships with local professionals in our VendorHub!
Can we visit the venue once we are booked?
Absolutely! We have Monday client days where client's can schedule a private venue visit to explore and plan their big day!
Is a rehearsal included with our rental of the Venue?
Yes! Included Rehearsal Walkthrough's are held on either Thursday or Friday evenings. Time slots are 5-6p, 6-7p, and 7-8p
How long do we have use of the suites on the day of the wedding?
We do not lock your suites early! You will have access to your suites from 9:00am-Midnight on your event day!
