BAR SERVICES

We are here to make your event smooth! When it comes to safe serving, unlimited beverages, delivering services, and more! Check out the packages designed just for you below! 

Thank you for your interest in our bartending services here at the venue! We wanted to create a service that helps our clients with the overwhelming tasks of purchasing, transporting, setting up, breaking down, and taking away the beverages for their event. Buckeye Bartending focuses on keeping the bar service at your event simple and easy to ensure you and your guests get the beverages fast while also keeping it an elite experience! 

 

If you decide that you would like to move forward with the We Have The Rest, Beer & Wine, Tier 1, or Full-service package all listed items will be included in your service! Your guests will be able to request any ingredients listed below to create their favorite drink to enjoy! :)

 

You are not required to order a bar package service from the Buckeye Barn, you are only required to hire Buckeye Bartenders hourly.  You are more than welcome to purchase your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for you and your guests. 

 

Note: Attending guests are NOT allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the property.

** Venue Bar Policy: Clients are required to start all bar services upon guests' arrival time and/or at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This is required even if beverages are not being served until after the ceremony.

$30 hourly per bartender

We recommend one bartender per 125 drinking guests. Liquor Liability Insurance included!

UNLIMITED ICE
$175 All-Day Service 

Can be used for icing down drinks, sccoping ice, for serving, as well in the suites during the day!

LEMONADE & TEA BAR
$2 a person

Unlimited beverages, clear plastic cups, and beverage bar with decor!

~Important Service Details~

  • Bar services must be paid within 14 days prior to your event. When the order is placed you will be asked for your drinking guest count and underage guest count for billing. If on the day of your event the BB staff counts a difference in submitted counts during the event day audit, you will be required to pay the difference immediately. Bar services will cease until fees are paid in full. There would be no credits given for a lower guest counts as the services are prepared before the event.

 

  • Clients are required to start all bar services upon guests' arrival time and/or at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This is required even if beverages are not being served until after the ceremony.

  • The bartenders will ice down any and all beverages at a time of their discretion. The beverages will be iced before the guest's arrival time and are guaranteed to be cold.

  • There are no substitutes for other beverages selections or quantities. The client may bring in other beverages to add to the bar options for their guests.

  • Under 21 pricing is only valid on Full Bar Pricing.

  • Note: Attending guests are NOT allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the property.

Terms and Conditions: All bar services are not billed per drink nor do we accept payments during the event. The bar services listed above are priced with travel, labor, bar supplies, and client requested beverages.  All alcoholic beverages are purchased with the funds given by the client.  No monies from The Buckeye Barn Venue Inc. are used to purchase alcoholic beverages.  There would be no credits given for a lower guest counts.  Any non-alcoholic beverages and/or service supplies and funds paid that are overage from the event/or service are considered compensation for the service provided by The Buckeye Barn Venue Inc.
