In 2016, while planning our own wedding, we struggled to find a venue that felt right for our big day—so we decided to create one.

We understand that wedding planning can feel overwhelming. Through organization, industry insight, and years of experience, our goal is to guide couples through the journey with confidence, joy, and peace of mind. We want every couple who walks through our doors to feel like family—not customers—while celebrating their most meaningful memories in an honest, Christ-centered environment.

With over 38 years of combined experience in event planning, production, management, and weddings, we are deeply committed to serving our couples with excellence, integrity, and care.

As a husband and wife working side by side, our passion is helping couples create their perfect day while making sure they genuinely enjoy the experience along the way. But what began as a dream to create a wedding venue quickly became part of a much bigger story—God transforming our lives and our purpose.

Through seasons of growth, challenges, and learning to trust Him fully, God reshaped our hearts, our marriage, and our vision for this business. He showed us that this venue was never just about events—it was about creating a place where people could gather, celebrate covenant, and experience genuine love and community the way He designed it.

That calling eventually grew into The Collective. The Collective was built on the belief that God created people to live, celebrate, and grow together. Our vision is to create a space where stories come together, relationships are strengthened, and moments are experienced in a way that reflects faith, connection, and purpose.

In 2026, we made the decision to dedicate The Buckeye Barn at The Collective to the Kingdom of God. Since then, our prayer has been that every person who steps onto this property feels welcomed, valued, and impacted by the love of Christ—whether they recognize it in that moment or carry it with them long after they leave.

More than anything, our heart is for The Buckeye Barn at The Collective to be a place where love is celebrated, faith is welcomed, and lives are changed!
